You aren’t fully to blame, though. Most of the time, your upbringing can play a major part in limiting your thinking and making you believe that you’re not destined for greatness. As soon as you enter the world, people start putting you into categories. You’re a woman, so you shouldn’t be a CEO. You’re a man, so you should build a career in tech.
