In January 2004, Janice Dean began working for FOX News Channel, and now she is the network's senior meteorologist. She also serves as the morning meteorologist for FOX & Friends, the iconic morning program for the network on weekdays, 6–9 AM/ET. 

Additionally, she contributes to Weather, the free, ad-supported streaming television weather service from News Media.

Dean has covered a number of catastrophic disasters throughout her time with the network, including Hurricanes Harvey, Irma, Sandy, Irene, Igor, Earl, and Katrina.
